We have 3 comfortably furnished, newly renovated bedrooms, including a family suite. These can be configured in different ways depending on your needs. Our minstrels gallery mezzanine is the perfect environment for you to read, relax or plan your day. You are guaranteed a warm welcome and a comfortable stay at Hello Velo.
With its dragon chandelier suspended from high vaulted ceilings over the rustic banqueting table, the communal minstrels gallery playing area, music corner and a vast garden to play in, everyone can find their favourite cosy corner in the barn.
Two colourful, newly renovated, double rooms. Giant, comfortable beds, blackout blinds and a private shower room; either as an en-suite or a small step across the corridor. Everything you need for a good night’s sleep after a hard day of having fun.
Magically transformed, by means of a secret bookcase! This means you get two adjacent rooms, one for the kids and one for the olds, a shower room to share and its all hidden behind the ‘library’ – giving you the liberty of leaving the bedroom doors open if you wish. Harry Potter’s got nothing on us! Everyone also gets use of the ‘minstrels gallery’. A large mezzanine, fully equipped for reading relaxing or thrashing your family members at table football!
We think this small part of France is ideal for family cycling- stunning countryside, beautiful canal and (almost) no cars.
There’s no fixed programme; explore for yourselves – wild swimming, water sports, ice cream and chips, beautiful gardens, or the boulangerie for a baguette! All an hour or two’s gentle bimble and always with the promise of a pick up if things get too much.
No moving on, no rushing to get to the next place just a copious meal at the end of the day that you haven’t had to cook yourself. Agréable non?
